Bandits To Honor Military, Staff Sgt. Krueger

The Manitowoc Bandits will be have a member of Sgt. Amy Krueger's family throw out the ceremonial first pitch during its Military Appreciation Day on June 26.

The Manitowoc Bandits amateur baseball team will be having a member of Sgt. Amy Krueger’s family throw out the ceremonial first pitch during its Military Appreciation Day on Saturday, June 26 at 1 p.m. at Municipal Field.

Staff Sgt. Krueger, a Kiel native, was killed in the shooting rampage at Fort Hood in Texas on Nov. 5.

All veterans and active military personnel and their families will receive free admission to the game against the Kenosha Kings.
