Non-League Roundup: Kings, A’s, Orioles win

The Kenosha Kings and Sheboygan A's, both members of the Frank Langsdorf League of Southeastern Wisconsin, won games last night in non-WSL action.

The Kenosha Kings improved to 8-2 overall after defeating the Burlington Barons Thursday night 5-3 in a Langsdorf League game. The game improves the Kings Langsdorf League record to 2-0. The Kings currently sit 6-0 in the Wisconsin State League.

The Sheboygan A’s defeated Racine Kiwanis 11-9 Thursday night to improve to 3-1 in the Langsdorf League. The A’s are 4-1 overall. The A’s first Wisconsin State League game is Tuesday June 11 when they hose the Oshkosh Giants.

The Lombard Orioles, competing in the Chicago Suburban League swept the Westmont Red Sox 7-6 and 3-0 on Thursday. The Orioles lead the North Division of the CSL with a 4-1 league record.
