Reservations are now being accepted for the Wisconsin State Baseball League’s 2010 Awards and Hall of Fame Dinner scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 23 at The Heritage House at the Bull at Pinehurst Farms in Sheboygan Falls.
The evening begins with a 5:30 p.m. cash bar social hour followed by dinner at 7 p.m. and the State League Awards presentation and Hall of Fame induction ceremonies to follow. After that a social hour will follow with sponsored beer and soda.
Going into the Hall of Fame this year are Troy Cota and Dan Miller of the Green Bay Blue Ribbons; and Phil Plamann of the Ribbons and the Appleton Merchants; Tim Richardson of the Lombard Orioles and Chuck Zeichert of the Sheboygan A’s.
Taking the top awards from the past WSL season are Nate Roberts of Lombard, leading hitter and Most Valuable Player; Jon Olson of Kenosha, Most Valuable Pitcher; Drew Eichstaedt of Oshkosh and Will Schinagl of Addison, co-Rookies of the Year; and Jeff Vukovich of the champion Lombard Orioles, Manager of the Year.
Receiving certificates will be members of the All League Team: Carl D’Marco and Ben Yaucher, Janesville; Nat Richter and Max Stepan, Manitowoc; Will Schinagl and Mitch Thompson, Addison; Kyle Kannenberg, Derek Hirosky and Blake Berger, Oshkosh; Nate Roberts, Ian Kroll, Matt Serna and Matt Erickson, Lombard; Jon Olson and John Hasser, Kenosha; Brad Archambeau, Matt Miller, Ty Fadness and Phil Isaacson, Eau Claire; and Tim Patzman, Lucas Wilsing and Kreston Albright, Sheboygan.
Please make reservations early. As they come in they will be listed below. The list will serve as confirmation of reservation and so that current and former players can see who is all coming. It is a great time for reminiscence for the Hall of Famers, their teammates and club officials. All baseball fans of the general public are welcome to attend. Reservations must be received by Jan. 16.
Cost for the evening is $25.00 per person. To register sent check made payable to Wisconsin State Baseball League to: Wisconsin State League, P. O. Box 32, Sheboygan, WI 53082-0032. Included must be a list of names of those attending.

The Bull is located about .25 miles south of the intersection of highways 28 and 32 in Sheboygan Falls.
From the west, take Hwy 23 to 32, follow 32 through Sheboygan Falls and proceed about .25 miles south of the roundabout with Hwy 28. The Bull’s entrance is on your left. Heritage House is the big white building on the left side of the golf course drive.
From north or south, exit I-43 at Hwy 28, exit 123. Go west on 28 3 miles or so until you reach the roundabout with Hwy 32. Go 75% of the way around the roundabout so that you are heading south on Hwy 32. Proceed about .25 miles and look for the Bull entrance on your left. Heritage House is on the left as you enter on the golf course drive.
The Wisconsin State League is one of the premier semi-professional/amateur baseball leagues in the mid-west.
