Orioles sweep Giants on Saturday

The Oshkosh Giants dropped both ends of a Wisconsin State League doubleheader on the road to the Lombard Orioles on Saturday.

LOMBARD, Ill. — The Oshkosh Giants dropped both ends of a Wisconsin State League doubleheader on the road to the Lombard Orioles on Saturday.

The Giants lost the first game 9-4, despite two hits and two RBIs from Michael Polcyn and two hits from Tyler Kamps.

In the nightcap, Oshkosh led 2-1 going into the bottom of the seventh before Lombard rallied for two runs. Kamps and Bobby Kachel each went 2-for-3 with an RBI.
