A’s shutout Giants behind 18-strikeout performance

The Oshkosh Giants were held scoreless by the Sheboygan A's in a 6-0 loss in Sheboygan on Tuesday.

SHEBOYGAN — The Oshkosh Giants were held scoreless by the Sheboygan A’s in a 6-0 loss in Sheboygan on Tuesday.

The Giants could only muster four hits in the game as they were shut down by Sheboygan’s Taylor Schwarz, who went the distance, striking out 18 Oshkosh batters.

Jim Lacy took the loss for Oshkosh going six inning and striking out 12.

Brandon Lalk went 2-for-4 to lead the Giants at the plate. Neil Hebert added a double for Oshkosh.
