Sheboygan A’s were awarded the 2015 WSL
Consolation Championship.
The A’s advanced to the championship game after beating West Bend 7
Up 12-2 on Saturday night. Northern Illinois defeated the Kenosha Kings
9-7.
West Bend 7 Up 8, 4, Pewaukee Muskies 7, 8
In a week where 7 Up played six games in five days, it came down to a double
header against Land O Lakes Leauge leading Pewaukee to see if West Bend could win the
league.
After a good start for West Bend, winning game one 8-7, West
Bend reverted back to bad defense and bad decision making in a 8-4
loss in game two.
West Bend got a big day at the plate from Zach Biermann who finished the two games with four hits
including two homers and two doubles.
Jonathan Nick pitched well in a tough
spot picking up the win in game one.
