The De Pere Dodgers Baseball Club today announced the naming of Doug Coe as the team’s field manager for the 2016 inaugural season season in the Wisconsin State Baseball League.
Coe was chosen by the Club’s Board of Directors from a list of three applicants for the position. The former Division III All-American at UW-Steven’s Point brings a wealth of baseball knowledge along with the experience of managing players both on and off the field.

At the age of 31, Doug is young enough to identify with the college age players, but old enough to command their respect.
Doug is currently the baseball coach at Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay.
The De Pere Dodgers will announce their 2016 season schedule and roster at a later date.
