Wednesday was a long day for Oshkosh Giants, as not only did they have to sit through a 30-minute weather delay, they were dealt two tough losses by the Sheboygan A's.

Wednesday was a long day for Oshkosh Giants, as not only did they have to sit through a 30-minute weather delay, they were dealt two tough losses by the Sheboygan A’s.
In game one, Sheboygan racked up 12 base hits in addition to the six free passes from walks and three hit-by-pitches.
Logan Reckert led the offense for the A’s, collecting 3 hits and 3 RBI in the game. Three A’s collected multiple hits, and four players collected multi RBI’s.
Austin Elsing got the win on the mound. Elsing He went four and two-thirds innings, surrendering five runs, eight hits, and striking out three. Kellen Shea took the loss for Oshkosh. He threw four innings, surrendering 11 runs, and ten hits.
In game two, it was more of the same, as the A’s took an early first inning lead and never looked back. In fact, the A’s scored in every inning except for the fourth inning in the 9-2 victory.
Mitch Gardner got the complete game win for Sheboygan, going seven innings, giving up eight hits, striking out six and walking only one. Josh Ditter took the loss for Oshkosh.
