The Lombard Orioles are on the verge of clinching the Wisconsin State League championship after a 3-0 victory over the Kenosha Kings Wednesday night.

The Lombard Orioles are on the verge of clinching the Wisconsin State League championship after a 3-0 victory over the Kenosha Kings Wednesday night. The win puts the Orioles at an astonishing 18-0. Kenosha and West Allis are tied for second place, at 10-9. Kyle Cibrario did all he could to give the Kings a chance, pitching seven innings, striking out five and allowing only two runs. However, Lombard’s pitching depth kept the Kings off the board, striking out eight. Each team left nine runners on base.
