The Lombard Orioles had everything working on Monday, winning big over Addison 18-3. In the first inning, Lombard got their offense started when Ryan Tuntland singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run. Lombard put up eight runs in the fifth inning, helped by singles from Tyler Ward, Rob Marinec, Dylan Gilbert, Colin Schrader, and Keith Kerrigan, a walk by John Carmody, and a sac fly by Cam Pauly. Charlie Klemm got the win for Lombard surrendering one run on two hits over two innings, striking out two and walking one. Austin Waegle, Jack Spicer, and Kevin Lane all put in work in relief out of the bullpen.
