West Allis Nationals 8 – 6 Burlington Barons

The Burlington Barons lost the lead late in an 8-6 defeat to The West Allis Nationals on Tuesday. The game was tied at six with The Nationals batting in the top of the tenth when JT Reed singled on a 2-0 count, scoring two runs.

In the top of the ninth inning, The Nationals tied things up at six. An error scored one run for West Allis Nationals. After West Allis Nationals scored one run in the top of the second, The Barons answered with one of their own. Zach Miller pitched The Nationals to victory. He lasted two innings, allowing three hits and zero runs while striking out two and walking one. Austin Emanuel threw three and a third innings in relief out of the bullpen.
