Nationals Grab 14th Win with Victory Over Kenosha

In a WSL matchup on Tuesday, the West Allis Nationals came out with a 5-2 victory over the Kenosha Kings.

In a WSL matchup on Tuesday, the West Allis Nationals came out with a 5-2 victory over the Kenosha Kings. West Allis’ Griffin Doershing hit two home runs on the day that assisted in putting up three of the Nationals five runs. Additionally, Logan Rezash and Aaron Goecks both picked up hits for the Nationals in their four-run third inning. With seven total hits in contrast to West Allis’ nine hits, Kenosha didn’t fall far behind- Riley Hughes and Travis Vanderwall each collected multiple for the Kings. In a final attempt to come back in the seventh inning Kenosha’s Daniel Hahn scored a run on a wild pitch but this was the concluding run the Kings were able to score.
