Tied 0-0, the Nationals scored on a bases-loaded wild pitch to take the lead. They would add an insurance marker in the eighth on a single. The Kings outhit the Nationals 8-6 in the losing effort. Bryce Spaulding picked up the win, while Brandon Jeffery took the loss.
