The schedule for this weekend's Wisconsin State League Tournament has been revised due to rain, resulting in a change to the tournament format.
The schedule for this weekend’s Wisconsin State League Tournament has been revised due to rain, resulting in a change to the tournament format. Instead of the originally planned round-robin schedule followed by a championship game, the tournament will now consist of two semifinal games on Saturday, followed by placement games on Sunday.
The Sheboygan A’s will open the tournament by hosting the West Allis Nationals at 4 PM Saturday. The second semifinal will feature the Kenosha Kings against the Green Bay Blue Ribbons at 7:30 PM. On Sunday, the losers of Saturday’s games will meet in the third-place game at 11 AM, while the winners will square off for the Wisconsin State League Tournament championship at 2:30 PM.
All games will be 9 innings in length, played at E.J. Schneider Field in Oshkosh, WI.
