The Kenosha Kings advanced to the WSL step-ladder championship after knocking off the Sheboygan A's 7-1 Wednesday night.

The Kenosha Kings advanced to the WSL step-ladder championship after knocking off the Sheboygan A’s 7-1 Wednesday night. The Kings will now face the West Allis Nationals in Burlington Thursday at 7:30 PM with the winner advancing to the Wisconsin Class A State Championship this weekend in Sheboygan. The Kings needed a victory to keep their season alive, and they came out swinging, scoring four runs in the second inning and adding singles in each of the fifth, sixth, and seventh innings to secure the victory. Brandon Jeffery pitched the complete game, striking out eight and walking five. Leadoff hitter Zack Paczocha had three hits and Graham Wick collected three RBI’s.
